ENTRIES

Entries will be forwarded directly from the Regional Championships.  The
entry form, medical release form, media questionnaire and certification of
eligibility form which you submitted to the 1997 Regional Championships will
follow you to Sectionals. Please confirm that all information is correct 
(i.e., address and telephone number) before leaving your Regional.  You must,
however, complete music and practice ice forms as well as provide a 5" x 7"
black and white photograph and include your entry fee check for this Sectional
Championship.

All forms, photos and fees must be postmarked no later than the 
TUESDAY FOLLOWING YOUR REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.

ENTRY FEES

The entry fees are as follows:

   *	$125.00 - First Singles Event
   *	$ 60.00 - Second Singles Event
   *	$125.00 - Per Team:  Novice, Junior, and Senior Pairs or Dance
   *	$100.00 - Per Team:  Intermediate Pairs or Dance, and, Adult Senior 
                  Singles and Dance
