MUSIC

The music cassette tapes used for your Regional competition will be forwarded
on to your Sectional competition. If you plan to use new music at Sectionals,
please notify Tom Dodge at (516) 956-0600 as soon as possible.  All tapes not
picked up by the end of Sectionals will be discarded.  None will be mailed. 
Please fill the enclosed Music Form and either submit it to the Easterns 
Information desk at your Regional or mail it to the address listed on the form. 


The music cassette(s) used for your regional competition will be retained by 
the Music Coordinator and forwarded directly to the Sectional Music 
coordinator for timing and copying.  A MUSIC REGISTRATION FORM is included in 
your packet.  It is imperative that this form be carefully and correctly 
completed and turned in at the conclusion of your Regional competition.  In 
the event you plan to submit new music for your sectional competition, please 
notify the Sectional Music Coordinator and forward your new cassette(s) and 
registration forms directly to the C.F.S.C.,  P.O Box 220 Hicksville, New York 
11802-0220 as soon as possible.

In a similar way we will retain all cassettes for those going on to Nationals.  
All other cassettes will be returned to the registration desk after your event 
for you to pick up.  It will be assumed that tapes not picked up are not 
wanted and they will be discarded.
